Hello, everyone! Welcome back to the seventh day of our 20-country Backpacker journey.
Today, we spent more time resting. After the Fajr prayer, I went back to sleep until around 9:00 a.m.
It was Qaidy and Ahza’s turn to cook. They made an omelet and another dish with mushrooms and tofu. The food tasted quite good, especially after we added some seasoning.
At around 10:00 a.m., we were asked to write our daily stories. However, we had to take a shower first.
I took a shower and started writing until around 11:45 a.m.
After that, we were asked to prepare because we would have a sharing session with Ibra’s mother after the Dhuhr prayer.
At around 1:00 p.m., we left for the activity. Besides the sharing session, we also played football.
Before leaving, I tried a laundry service in Vietnam. It cost around 25,000 VND per kilogram.
After that, we went to Circle K and ordered Xanh SM to take us to the Minsoc activity location. The place was not very far away. It was only a few kilometers away, so we arrived in less than five minutes.
When we arrived, we immediately joined the sharing session. I could not remember exactly when the activity finished. After that, we played football until around 4:00 p.m.
When we finished playing, we returned to our accommodation, organized our belongings, and took showers.
That evening, we received duck for dinner. One portion was quite expensive, around Rp200,000. I was very thankful because Ibra’s mother kindly bought the food for us.
There was also a funny incident that day. The group responsible for cooking accidentally cooked the rice until it became similar to porridge. However, it was not a problem because it still tasted good.
After eating, we performed the Isha prayer. Now, I am writing this story, and after this, I want to go straight to sleep.
