Hello, everyone! Today is the sixth day of our journey. On this day, we performed the Friday prayer and joined a sharing session with PPI.
Our morning started with the Fajr prayer and breakfast. After that, we prepared to leave. We took showers, cleaned ourselves, and wore neat clothes.
We left at around 8:30 a.m. At around 10:00 a.m., we joined a sharing session with PPI.
At 11:30 a.m., we continued our journey to Al Noor Mosque in Vietnam. We used Xanh SM to get there. It was also our first time using Xanh SM in Vietnam.
When we arrived at the mosque, we prepared ourselves and performed the Friday prayer.
After the prayer, we received free time until the Asr prayer. Qaidy, Syauqi, and I walked around without a clear destination.
Finally, we found a red bridge called the Red Bridge. People said that it was popular. At first, we wanted to enter and take some pictures, but we discovered that we had to buy tickets. Because of that, we decided not to enter.
Before visiting the bridge, we had lunch at KFC. We also bought some refreshing drinks from Mixue.
In my opinion, this was the first day when I truly felt like I was exploring Hanoi. It was very exciting.
After visiting the bridge, we went to Miniso. I saw a keychain that I really liked. At the end of the journey, I will write down my total spending.
Yesterday, I also withdrew money from an ATM outside Indonesia for the first time. The extra fee was quite expensive, around Rp75,000. Meanwhile, Syauqi exchanged his money at a money changer and only paid around Rp40,000.
If I had known that earlier, I might have exchanged my money at a money changer too. I still had around Rp400,000. Maybe I would exchange it the next day when we arrived in Laos.
After walking around, we returned to Al Noor Mosque just as the call for the Asr prayer started at around 3:30 p.m. We immediately performed the Asr prayer.
After that, we returned to our accommodation using Xanh SM.
When we arrived, we took showers and cleaned ourselves. Time passed very quickly, and it was soon time for the Maghrib and Isha prayers.
The group responsible for cooking did not cook that night. Instead, they bought chicken for dinner. The order took a long time to arrive, so we waited until around 9:30 or 10:00 p.m.
Finally, our food arrived. After eating, we talked for a while and then went to sleep.
That was the end of Day 6!
