Assalamu'alaikum!
Today's main activity was visiting the ITWA Exhibition at the Vietnam Exposition Center (VEC).
After Fajr prayer, I went back to sleep and woke up again at around 7:30 a.m. I had breakfast, took a shower, and got ready before we left for the exhibition. The trip from our accommodation to the venue took about thirty minutes.
Once we arrived, we registered and entered the exhibition hall. Before coming, I had expected it to be a robotics exhibition because that was what I had heard. However, after exploring the venue, I realized it was actually focused more on manufacturing and industrial technology.
There were many companies showcasing different types of industrial equipment, production materials, and manufacturing technologies. Although it was interesting to see how advanced the industry was, there wasn't much that related to my major, Visual Communication Design (DKV).
After spending some time walking around the exhibition, I went outside hoping to find some food or drinks. Unfortunately, there weren't any shops or food stalls nearby, so I went back inside to meet the group.
Before leaving, we gathered for a group photo and received our lunch allowance. After that, we headed back toward the city while looking for a place to eat. Eventually, we found a Jollibee restaurant and decided to have lunch there.
Since there was a minimarket upstairs, I stopped by to buy a few snacks for later. I found a promotion where buying two packs of Oreo came with one free pack, so I bought that along with a Snickers bar.
When we returned to the accommodation, I cleaned up and continued writing my daily journal. While writing, I also downloaded a few movies to watch during our upcoming journey to Laos.
Around Maghrib, I went out to buy Bánh Mì Phô Mai because no one was cooking dinner that evening. On the way back, it started raining lightly, but thankfully it didn't last long.
After dinner, I spent the evening using my laptop until around 8:30 p.m., when everyone was asked to hand in their laptops for the night. Before going to bed, I took a shower and washed some of my clothes since we would soon be leaving Vietnam and continuing our journey to Laos.
Alhamdulillah, everything went smoothly, and it was another good day filled with new experiences.
