Vlog English (Tuesday, August 25, 2026)
Assalamualaikum.
So, on Tuesday, which was also our first day of classes in Thailand, Ibra, Key, and I got a vlog project.
For our first vlog in Thailand, we decided to make a video about public transportation in Thailand.
The first thing we did in the morning was wake up at 4 a.m. to prepare for Fajr prayer at the mosque.
We prayed Fajr together until around 5:30 a.m.
After that, we continued with our morning halaqah.
After the morning halaqah, I had breakfast at a small restaurant. It was kind of like a warteg, but the Thai version.
After eating, I took a morning shower.
Then I went back to sleep because I was still really sleepy.
I woke up again at around 8:30 a.m. to prepare for school, such as putting on my uniform and washing my face.
Our first class was IT DKV, from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m.
After that, we continued with Diniyyah class until noon.
After Diniyyah, we prayed Dhuhr.
Then it was time for English class.
After Dhuhr prayer, we were immediately told to work on our vlog.
So, my group and I decided to try taking the Saen Saep Boat Service by ourselves.
We had used it before, so we already had a pretty good idea of how it worked.
But this time, we were going by ourselves without any teachers accompanying us.
Our destination was The Mall Bangkapi.
We left from Ramkhamhaeng University at around 1 p.m.
We waited at the pier for around 5โ10 minutes, and then the boat arrived.
We took the boat to The Mall Bangkapi Pier.
It was three piers away from where we started, and the journey took around 15 minutes.
The ticket cost 23 baht, which is around 11,000โ12,000 Indonesian rupiah.
After arriving, we explored the mall.
I actually had a specific goal there: I wanted to find a jacket.
So, we visited several stores, including Decathlon, The North Face, and 2nd Street.
2nd Street is basically a thrift store, but the items have already been sorted, so most of the stuff there is in pretty good condition.
Unfortunately, I didn't find anything I wanted.
So, I suggested that we just head back.
We left at around 2:30 p.m. because we had to be back at the mosque for Asr, so we decided to go home early.
After arriving, we prayed Asr.
Then we did the evening dhikr.
After the evening dhikr, we had free time until Maghrib.
After Maghrib, we had halaqah.
After halaqah, we prayed Isha.
Then we had more free time until 9 p.m.
After that, I went home, took a shower, cleaned myself up, and went to sleep.
Assalamualaikum.
