Our fourth day marked the beginning of our regular learning activities (KBM) in Vietnam.
We woke up at around 5:30 a.m. for Fajr prayer. After praying together, we had our morning halaqah session until around 6:30 a.m. Since we were still sleepy afterward, we went back to bed for a while before being woken up again at 7:30 a.m. to prepare for class, which was scheduled to start at 8:00 a.m.
After washing up and getting dressed, we realized that we didn't have our Scout uniforms, so we wore our field uniforms instead. Before class began, we had breakfast together, which caused the first session to start a little later than planned.
Our first class of the day was Diniyyah, followed by our IT class, which ran from 9:45 a.m. until 11:45 a.m. After that, we had our lunch and prayer break (Ishoma).
In the afternoon, we were assigned a media project. Our task was to create a vlog about Vietnamese food. I teamed up with Ibra and Chaesar, and together we went around the neighborhood looking for a place to review.
We spent more than an hour exploring different streets before finally finding a halal restaurant that served pho. The food was delicious, and we were happy that we had found a halal option for our vlog.
After lunch, we stopped by Circle K to withdraw some cash from the ATM. On the way back, we bought another local snack called Bánh Mì Phô Mai, a toasted bread filled with cheese. We also bought a loaf of bread that cost only 10,000 VND, which was surprisingly affordable.
Once we returned to the accommodation, I immediately started editing the vlog footage we had recorded earlier that day. After finishing some of the editing, I took a shower and washed my clothes.
The rest of the evening was fairly relaxed. We performed Maghrib prayer together, continued with our evening halaqah, had dinner, and then everyone opened their laptops to continue writing their daily journals and organizing their media files.
After completing our work, we got ready for bed and called it a night.
